We are committed to making your reservation process as fast and easy as possible.  Per Diem Hotels are available worldwide for government & military travelers, retirees, and family members.

Make a Reservation

New reservations can be made using our hotel search panel. Browse by travel destination, select a hotel and rate, and confirm your reservation. Official travelers should check the authorized lodging and meals allowances via the Federal Per Diem Rates link prior to making your reservation.

Manage a Reservation

We recommend printing a copy of your reservation confirmation immediately after booking your hotel. Verify, Change, or Cancel a current reservation through the Manage Your Reservation page).

Official Travel   ~   Government & Military

Print your Itinerary prior to departure (available through your confirmation email or the Manage Your Reservation page). The final check-out receipt issued by the hotel should be used to file a travel voucher. Some hotels may request a valid Government or Military ID* upon arrival and check-in, to verify travel status & to ensure your rate is within the Government Per Diem Rate.

*A valid ID is recommended for official travelers to ensure that the nightly room rate falls within the authorized per diem rate for travel reimbursement.

Off-Duty Travel   ~   Government, Active Duty – Reservists, & Civil Service

Choose from thousands of approved hotels under the Federal lodging program.  Off-Duty Travel rates are ‘as published’ at the time of booking a reservation through Per Diem Hotels. No Government or Military ID required upon arrival and check-in at the hotel front desk. Travelers may accrue Hotel Rewards Points through each lodging chain’s reward program by notifying front desk at check-in.*

*New hotel rewards members may be entitled to receive an initial sign up bonus of hotel rewards points (varies by hotel chain & seasonal promotions).  Inquire at check-in about joining the rewards program.

Retirees / Military Family / Civilians

No Government or Military ID required upon arrival and check-in at the hotel front desk. Please print a reservation confirmation (emailed at the time of booking) and present to the hotel front desk at check-in. Military Retirees & Dependents presenting a valid ID card at check-in (with Per Diem Hotels itinerary) may be entitled to complimentary hotel concierge services.*

*Certain hotels participating in the Per Diem Hotels federal lodging program provide complimentary concierge assistance and rewards level complimentary services to military retirees and dependents of active duty military personnel.  Ask the front desk concierge for details upon check-in to your hotel.
